Checked Neutrals

Oooh it has been a while! (Outfit post wise). I just haven't been in the mood stand in the freezing cold. Yes, it's getting brighter, but that chill just won't let up! I'm really trying to post frequently as I absolutely love blogging, and I refuse to let work get in the way of my passion!

Ever since London Fashion Week, it's like I've really come into myself, fashion-wise. I know what I want to wear, and I'm going to wear it! I picked up these gorgeous relaxed trousers from Zara recently, and ugh, they're perfect. Actually, not entirely perfect. There's some very unfortunate stitching on the crotch that's driving me insane, but other than that, they're amazing. They're super thick, soft, and soooo comfortable.

Speaking of London Fashion Week, I picked up this Kim K style coat to wear for the occasion from Miss Pap. I definitely recommend sizing up as although it's quite a relaxed coat, the arms are pretty snug. It's fairly thin, yet it manages to shield me from the cold which was quite surprising!

Now I may be getting ahead of myself, but Spring/Summer is fast approaching and I'm starting to grab myself some new sandals. The latest in my collection are all cross strap mules and I'm obsessed. I spotted these from the Missguided SS/15 event pictures and knew they had to be mine. I love the metallic gold strap entwined with the glossy black one! The heels is only a small block one, so comfort isn't being sacrificed with these babies, and I could spend all day in them!

Also, please follow me on Bloglovin' here to keep up to date with my latest posts! I'd really appreciate it!

ORANGES & LEOPARD PRINT

I'm currently writing up this post whilst on my break at work as I'm so so busy at the moment, but I love blogging too much to let it slip! So this is dedication!

Obviously, when ASOS announced there 25% student discount promotion, I was all over it, and by 10am I had spent £115, oops! It's not a problem though, as I managed to aquire some gorgeous pieces for a much lower price!
I love the River Island high-waisted belted trousers, and when I spotted these, it was love. Well, I liked them anyways. They fit perfectly, and are so cute for A/W with the orange flowers, mixed in with some good ol' leopard print.
I was on my way to my boyfriends house so I wanted to be comfortable, so a loose crop and duster coat was an obvious choice! This is my absolute favourite top at the moment, and it goes with everything as it's so simple and black! I'm extremely tempted to pick it up in a few more colours!

Well isn't this bag just a match-made with this outfit? I love clear box clutches, and I'm surprised this is the first time I'm owning one! This one is from an online store called Beau Boutique, where they sell loads of branded pieces! (Such as Motel!). You can remove the gold chain and hold it as a clutch, but I prefer keeping it on as I don't have to worry about misplacing it!

I've been writing this whilst trapsing up and down the place as my local bakery didn't put my damn cookie in my bag!!!! It's not even that nice so I'm extremely dissatisfied. Wah.

PASTEL FLORALS

This super adorable two-piece is part of the huuuuuuge order I placed on Missguided not too long back, and it's finally making an appearance!
When I ordered it, I had no idea it was a halter-neck style, which is actually even better for me as I love halter-necks.
The colours of the flowers in this set means it matches the majority of my wardrobe, as it's packed with pretty pastel pinks, blues and lilacs, so finding pieces to wear it with wasn't much of a challenge!

I'd been waiting for the perfect outfit to show you all this beautiful necklace from London Style. It's the third piece out of the three I received from them, and it's just as well-made and sparkling as the others!

You've seen these pieces before, (possibly a little too much as far as the kimono is concerned!), but they're all really easy pieces to wear for me, yet they really stand out amongst the rest of the outfit.

I only have a few shots of this outfit as we had to dash in quickly, as the rain began to come down heavily!

PRETTY PINK GINGHAM

If you've been reading my blog for a while, you'll have seen I created a Missguided wish-list which included this super girly gingham skater dress. I'd been meaning to purchase it for so long, and when Easter came around, I found it to be the perfect opportunity to purchase this as my 'Easter outfit'. I'm a sucker for anything gingham, and the fact that it's in a pretty pastel shade seals the deal. It's such a flattering fit, so this has definitely become my favourite Spring dress.

I've actually included a few pieces of jewellery in this outfit as I have so many lovely pieces that I always forget to wear!
My necklace has got to be one of my favourites that I own. It's simple, yet still a statement, and the fact that it's a simple jewel makes it so wearable.
I only recently purchased these earrings whilst shopping in Oxford Street. I was doing a lot of 'umming' and 'ahhing', but as they were only £1.50, I didn't have much choice, did I?
I found incorporating a couple of pieces of jewellery adds a little elegance to this outfit, (plus, it didn't break the bank!)

I've featured both the bag and the shoes before, but I just can't get enough of them!
My chunky white heels go with pretty much everything I own at the minute! Pastels and white shoes are a match made in heaven.
I find this bag can be a little difficult to 'style' with sometimes, but sometimes I just bite the bullet and go colour crazy!

MINT GREEN CO-ORD

It can be difficult to keep on top of 'outfit posting', but I have discovered a useful tool which will allow me to post more frequently when my designated photographer is busy, and that tool is the timer option on my camera! (Although I guess you could say the tool is me for not figuring it out sooner!). Yes, I have taken these pictures myself, involving lots of running back and forth, and lots of out-of-focus shots. However, I have managed to narrow it down to a neat selection!
It needn't be said that I am thoroughly obsessed with pastels, and with the high-street stores continuously bringing out gorgeous ice-cream pastel shades, I'm spoilt for choice!
I have shown this blazer in a previous post, here, and I was really disappointed there wasn't a matching bottom half to complete the set. I certainly wasn't expecting to find this blazers' other half in Primark, yet there it was, in all of it's pretty pastel delight.
I was in awe at the rails of pastel skorts in every shade. I tried on the yellow and lilac also, but decided the green was perfect! I think i'll have to pick the others up on my next trip.
This top is part of a co-ord that has been around the block and back in the blogger-world, and I did used to own the black and white version, however I returned it and purchased this one as it's perfect for this season.
Unfortunately, these white flatforms are no longer available, and I purchased mine very cheap on eBay! I absolutely love flatform sandals, and i'm currently waiting on some holographic ones from La Moda.
Finally, my beloved bag. I have been after this bag for so long, but I thought I wouldn't get much use out of it due to the loud colours and print. It then occurred to me that I don't care! I thought, 'This is a beautiful bag and must be thrust upon the world'. So I am currently thrusting.. (the bag, that is).

RIBBED CROP & PVC OOTD

First of all, i'd like to apologise for not posting for almost a week! I've been super ill with the flu AND my boyfriend caught it as well, so when I began to feel better, my photographer was out of action! We're both feeling a lot better now, so weather permitting, we managed to get outside today and get a couple of shots before it started spitting!
Introduction over, recently I went to the Trafford Centre with my mum and in the short time we had, I managed to pick up quite a few things, including some bargains from the topshop sale, (which i'll do an outfit post on soon hopefully).
I've been dying to get to a Zara after seeing some amazing pieces online and on other bloggers, so I was pleased to get a chance to go there as my local one was taken down. I picked up this gorgeous ribbed polo neck crop top for only £7.99! I've been looking for one of these for AGES, but they've always been stupidly expensive or out of stock so I was made up.
I purchased this skirt a while back from River Island (via ASOS). It's such a gorgeous shocking bubblegum pink and I think it adds a huge pop of colour and edge to a simple outfit.
I've had these Vagabonds for around a year now, and they're the comfiest heeled boots I own. Literally, i've worn these for a whole day around Manchester and not struggled at all! A huge bonus in my opinion.
