All The Pink

Firstly, I must apologise for my lack in outfit posts recently. I've been struggling with body confidence, so taking pictures of myself isn't really what I felt comfortable doing! I've mostly been focusing on my YouTube at the moment, which I'll link here! I did eventually suck it up, and go out and shoot these new beautiful clothes.

I sadly couldn't attend the Linzi S/S15 press day, but from looking at the pictures, I was immediately drawn to these pink and white heeled sandals. Of course, I had to have them! As they're a block heel, I did anticipate a little more comfort than your average heeled sandal, and I was further impressed with the padded sole! Literally, I didn't want to take them off! They're a perfect holiday shoe, and I seriously need the other colours they do!

Obviously, I couldn't not pair some pink with these shoes, so I opted for my new 'Kim K' pink waterfall waistcoat. This does have a belt to cinch you in at the waist, but I loved the way it floated in the wind, and it looked so much better on me open! I've seen these all over the place, but mine is from Missy Empire.. for £21.99!! For real. I was pleasantly surprised!
I'd highly recommend checking them out, they do so many pieces for a fraction of the price you'd expect from other stores!

I didn't really want too much else going on with the outfit, so I went for a simple, 'white tee and jeans' look. I also slung on my teeny tiny pink and white Grafea to tie in all of the colours!

New Venture: YouTube

So the big day finally came! After about 2 or so years of wanting to start my own YouTube channel, I finally uploaded. April 9th was the day I uploaded my very first video!
Honestly, it was so much fun. I enjoyed every second, even the cringey, 'watching my videos back' part! I'm currently in the process of uploading my second video, but here is the first if you'd like to watch!

Please like and subscribe, I'd really appreciate it! I'd also love any feedback, and any video suggestions in the comments!!

SNOW LADY

After having such a horrid past week or so, this is cheering me up having the chance to blog a little!

With it being Black Friday, obviously work decided to put me in to work a 9-6, which meant I would be missing out on a LOT of shopping. Not on my watch! Yep, I spent my entire break mooching around the shops, searching for bargains. Much to my dismay, the offers were pretty poor, and I only purchased one thing, but I am in love with it.
I picked up this snowy white coat from H&M. I'd actually spotted it before and regretted not buying it, so I jumped at the chance when I saw it dangling off a rail on it's own. Admittedly, it is a little too big for me, but nothing was going to stop me from buying it! I did receive a measly 10% off it, but for only £35 to begin with, there's not much to complain about.

As the coat is fairly lengthy, and I decided to have it tied, I didn't feel the need to wear any bottoms, (oops!), but I wore my well-loved roll-neck jumper I've had for years underneath for some additional warmth.
I love the look of a roll-neck underneath a coat, it looks so 'chic', plus, it keeps you warm!

I've been obsessing over the fluffy heel trend ever since I saw the sneak-peeks from A/W14 press days, and now I own a nude pair, and these black ones from Linzi Shoes!
These ones are so practical, (as practical as heels can be), as they zip up at the back, rather than having an awkward strap. It's a little sad how excited I was about that, haha! I love scrolling through all of the shoes on Linzi. They have so many pairs that I fall in love with, so affordable too!

A BIT OF FLUFF

I should really have just called this blog post, 'insert witty/cool title here'.. probably would have been better!
Anyway, it kind of sucks that I'm no longer reminiscing over holiday snaps, whilst typing up these blog posts. Yep, the holiday is officially over, I need time to grieve.
GRIEVING OVER. How can I be sad when I have fabulous clothes? Of course, clothes aren't everything.. but damn, they sure cheer up a gloomy day.

I arrived home from work to a package from the lovely people at NaaNaa Clothing, instant good mood! If you follow me on Instagram, you'll have seen me wearing the summery version of this beautiful playsuit. I'm not normally a strapless kind of gal by any means, but for some reason, these playsuits work! (In my opinion, that is). Obviously, I'm not going to be rocking my summer gear this time of year, but it never hurts to own it in a more seasonal shade, right? I think since being a blogger, my legs have become immune to the cold, so I no longer feel the need to destroy an outfit with tights! Incredibly beneficial when the majority of my outfits consist of items that don't cover up my legs!
The fit is absolutely perfect, and I feel surprisingly comfortable in it! Top marks from me.

My fluffy, marshmallow, snowy goodness jacket is one I have featured before, but I figured it looked super cute with this outfit, and definitely added a wintery twist! Anyway, who said you can only feature things once?!

I'm actually dedicating an entire paragraph to these shoes.. I might even write a book.. or a song..
They are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in my ENTIRE life. Please read that sentence three times, or as many times as you need to, to understand just how comfortable they are.
I attended the Linzi Shoes Press Day back in July, (I believe!), and it was quite obvious what my favourite pair of shoes were! Whilst they were releasing their new collection over the previous months, I was adamant I would wait until my beloved shoes were released before choosing a pair! It honestly came to the point where I was checking the website every single day.. I know, I had a problem. But it's okay! I have the shoes! Panic over!
Alright, I'll stop being 'dramatic'.
Basically, you need the shoes. The shoes need you.
They're almost identical to a pair of Dr Martens, (chelsea boot style, of course!).
Besides when I was in Africa, I've worn them every single day since receiving them, and we couldn't be happier together!

This is getting weird now. It's almost 1am. I'm delusional. Enjoy!

PINK FLOWERS

So, I've been meaning to blog this two-piece for a while now, but I never got round to it, so when I received this beautiful pair of Barbie pink shoes from Linzi, it immediately came to mind!

As you may have seen in a previous post, (linked here), I attended the Linzi A/W press event and was lucky enough to preview all of their beautiful shoes which will be out in the next couple of weeks, so I was really excited to be given the opportunity to chose a pair to feature on my blog. They have so many beautiful pairs suitable for all occasions, but I chose these super cute pink ones! I've been lusting after a pair of shoes in this style for the longest time, so I'm so pleased to own a pair!
Unlike most of the shoes in this style on the market, these are a lovely soft suede finish as opposed to the tough faux leather, making it super comfortable for your feet! (No breaking in required!).

As I mentioned, I think this two-piece is the perfect match for the shoes as the flowers are a variety of pinks! I wanted to purchase this a while ago, but it went out of stock when I got around to it! My boyfriend was very sweet and surprised me with it when it came back into stock, so I'm very happy!

I feel like I've grown an unhealthy attachment to this kimono, I find it goes with everything/makes everything look so much better!
If you'd like to see my extensive collection of kimonos, check out my instagram, (@fashi0nbynicole), and you'll see I need kimono rehab!

LILAC OVERDOSE

Soooooo, I think I possibly have an addiction to lilac? It's always been my favourite colour since I was younger, but now as it's the 'in' colour, it's absolutely everywhere, furthering my addiction as it's so easy to get a hold of it!

But yes, this outfit is essentially a whole lotta lilac, with some clean cut white, (and of course, some fabulous holographic!).
Being a shopaholic, my letter box is frequented by lots of lovely packages, and the most beautiful white lace bralet arrived this morning from the lovely people at Miss Pap
I'd been after this bralet for the longest time after seeing it's debut in Topshop, but I can't justify their extortionate prices, so I'm absolutely made up that I now own one!
The fit and quality is incredible, certainly amazing for the £14.99 price tag! However I definitely recommend sizing up if you have ample bosom!
They also do lots of different colours too, so go and check them out! (Also, if you do make a purchase, use the code 'JULY10OFF' for an additional 10% off your order). (You're welcome!).

As I'd recently bought this beautiful lilac necklace from Simply Beaux Jewels, I really wanted to style my outfit accordingly so I could show it off! The quality is amazing, and they're always offering amazing discounts, check out the site for yourself and use the code 'SBJ20' for 20% off your order! I got this necklace for a measly £4.20, thanks to the discount!
Whilst in London for the Linzi Shoes event, me and the lovely blogger girlies went to Primark in search of this amazing lilac kimono.. which we all found.. and bought. (Oops!). I have a thing for maxi kimonos, and maybe, just maybe I ordered three from New Look last night.. (Yep, I did).

Some seriously exciting news for me, as you all will know, I'm the biggest fan of Public Desire, and I was extremely lucky enough to be sent this insanely beautiful pair of holographic platforms. I already own the fully white pair, (which have been featured in previous posts), so I'm thrilled to have the holographic ones too! Honestly guys, they're the comfiest platforms, EVER. (And on sale too!).

Sweet Jesus I've rambled! And I've not even mentioned my trousers or bag?! Okay, short and sweet. Bag, River Island. Trousers, Missguided. I've featured the trousers a while back, and I'm sure you've all seen the bag before, as it's taken the blogsphere by storm!
Aaaaaaaand breathe!

'Hey guuurl, what's the 411?!'
(A representation of that photo).
